Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Association of Franchise and Trademarks Services (TAGMOA) – UAE AND the International Center for Halal Standardization and Certification of Russia Mufties Council, (ICSC «HALAL» LLC) – Russia

17th February 2025, at the Gulfood Exhibition Dubai, Trade Center, A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Association of Franchise and Trademarks Services (TAGMOA) and the International Center for Halal Standardization and Certification of Russia Mufties Council, (ICSC «HALAL» LLC) within the framework of launching the strategic partnership between the two parties. 

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by H.E. Mohamed Al Madani, Chairperson of Tagmoa and H.E Aydar Gazizov, the Director General of ICSC Halal, Russia. This MoU constitutes a framework to support the cooperation between the two parties in developing the highest standards of conduct in Franchising.

ICSC «HALAL» conducts Halal certification which ensures that Halal products are produced for Muslims by Muslims. ICSC «HALAL» helps food producers to adopt stringent norms and to access international Halal market, providing best quality food products to people.
