“TAGMOA” and “DIAC” have formed a partnership in October 2024 to initiate a collaborative effort aimed at streamlining dispute resolution processes through DIAC. This partnership will also involve the provision of webinars to “Tagmoa” members and non-members to enhance awareness of the arbitration process and its advantages.
