“TAGMOA” Hosts Introductory Seminar on Franchising in Collaboration with Ajman Businesswomen Council

The Franchise Association “TAGMOA” organized an introductory seminar on the concept and investment opportunities of franchising, in collaboration with the Ajman Businesswomen Council. The event was held under the patronage of Dr. Amina Khalifa, Chairwoman of the Council and Second Vice President of the Association, who presided over the session alongside Mr. Mohammed Al Madani, with the participation of the Association’s CEO Mr. Sultan AlMheiri and Deputy CEO Ms. Salma Al Mansoori.

The session highlighted the importance of the franchising model in supporting the business environment and enabling entrepreneurs to expand both locally and internationally. Speakers reviewed the key technical, administrative, and financial support services offered by the Association to its members, as well as its role in facilitating international expansion through its broad network of global relations.

The session also addressed the main challenges facing the franchising sector in the UAE, whether at the policy level or in operational practices. Attendees emphasized the need for partnerships and knowledge sharing to drive the development of this vital sector.

In her closing remarks, Dr. Amina Khalifa urged businesswomen to join the Association and benefit from its awareness programs. She also announced the granting of free one-year memberships to encourage women to gain a comprehensive understanding of franchising opportunities and risks before launching any investment venture.

This seminar is part of TAGMOA’s ongoing efforts to promote franchising culture in the UAE and foster a supportive ecosystem for sustainable business growth and strategic partnerships.
