The TAGMOA Board of Directors holds the authority to establish committees, advisory groups, and task forces for the Association, defining their roles and responsibilities. The Board also has the power to dissolve any such committee or advisory group as deemed necessary.
The TAGMOA Chair is responsible for appointing the Chair, Vice Chair, and members of each committee or advisory group. Each committee and advisory group will carry out functions explicitly outlined by the Board of Directors or within the scope of their designated jurisdiction. (TAGMOA Bylaws)
